Kids Martial Arts: Muay Thai and BJJ
Kids Muay Thai, BJJ, and even a competition team are waiting for you at Krufit to help your child build unshakable confidence, learn real self-defense skills, and find a place where they truly belong? The KruFit Kids Martial Arts program in Indianapolis is designed for children aged 5 to 12, offering multiple training options to learn the basics and styles they prefer, as well as opportunities to advance to competition training. We do this all in a safe, supportive, ego-free environment.

Our Kids Class Offerings
We offer distinct programs that can be trained alone or combined, giving your child a complete martial arts education. Both programs will help your child improve mentally, physically, and emotionally through consistent training.
View the class schedules below and offerings and when you’re ready, schedule your child’s first class.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 5-12)
Our BJJ classes are all about grappling fundamentals, problem-solving, and fun. In a safe and supportive setting, we teach kids how to use leverage and technique to control a situation, building their confidence and respect for teamwork.

Kids Muay Thai (Ages 5-12)
This is where kids burn energy and build discipline. Our energetic coaches teach the basics of “the art of eight limbs” through kid-friendly workouts, striking fundamentals on heavy bags, pads, and games that improve focus and coordination.

Kids Competition Team
When your child is ready to test their skills, this is the next step. Open to kids who wish to compete, these sessions focus on sparring, strategy, and mental prep to get them ready for the big stage.
