No Gi BJJ (ALL LEVELS)

This all-levels class blends technical instruction with drilling, positional sparring, and game-based training, followed by open sparring. Sessions are structured to support newer students in building a strong foundation while also giving more experienced practitioners opportunities to refine timing, decision-making, and execution in live situations. Emphasis is placed on understanding positions and applying skills under resistance rather than memorizing isolated techniques.

NO GI BJJ LAB (ALL LEVELS)

Open to all levels, this class is centered almost entirely on live, goal-oriented games rather than traditional step-by-step instruction or drilling. Students develop skills through problem-solving, experimentation, and real-time feedback, with each scenario designed to highlight specific positions, decisions, and behaviors. Classes conclude with open sparring to allow concepts to emerge and stabilize under live resistance.

Kids BJJ (Ages 5–12)

Our kids’ classes focus on building coordination, confidence, and respect through fun, age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction. All training is in the gi, with students learning fundamental movements, self-defense skills, and the value of teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

Womxn’s Only BJJ (No Gi)

This class is offered to marginalized genders, including women, women-identifying individuals, non-binary individuals, and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a space that centers on the experiences of women in Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you’re brand new to grappling or an experienced grappler, this class offers technical instruction, positional training, and rolling in a supportive and inclusive environment. Training alternates between gi and no-gi based on the competition season.
