Kids BJJ Program Starts Monday August 25th, 2025.

Fundamental BJJ (Gi and No Gi)
Our Fundamentals classes are designed for all experience levels, offering a strong foundation in core Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. Whether you are new to grappling or refining your basics, these classes emphasize technical instruction and movement in both gi and no-gi formats. Perfect for building confidence, skill, and a deeper understanding of the art.

Advanced Gi BJJ
This class is for grapplers looking to deepen their technical knowledge and sharpen their competitive edge. Sessions include advanced technique instruction, constraint-based learning, positional sparring, and live rolling. Open to two-stripe white belts and above, or with coach’s permission. A solid foundation in gi fundamentals is expected. (Gi required)

Advanced No‑Gi BJJ
This class is for grapplers ready to explore advanced no-gi techniques and positional systems. Unlike gi training, no-gi relies on body control, framing, and grip variation without the use of traditional gi uniforms. Sessions include technical instruction, constraint-based learning, positional sparring, and live rolling. Open to two-stripe white belts and above, or with the coach’s permission. Rash guard and grappling shorts or spats are required for safety. No loose clothing.

Kids BJJ (Ages 5–12)
Our kids’ classes focus on building coordination, confidence, and respect through fun, age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction. All training is in the gi, with students learning fundamental movements, self-defense skills, and the value of teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.

Womxn’s Only BJJ (Gi and No Gi)
This class is offered to marginalized genders, including women, women-identifying individuals, non-binary individuals, and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a space that centers on the experiences of women in Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you’re brand new to grappling or an experienced grappler, this class offers technical instruction, positional training, and rolling in a supportive and inclusive environment. Training alternates between gi and no-gi based on the competition season.

Competition Training
Led by Coach Andrea, these ad hoc sessions sharpen game plans, match pacing, and rule‑set awareness for local and national tournaments.
