Muay Thai (Adult & Kids)

Fitness & Fundamentals
*This class is open to all students regardless of experience. 
Required gear includes hand wraps, ankle supports and bag gloves.
This class will teach new students the fundamentals including basic techniques and skills along with the culture and customs of Muay Thai. It is an intense conditioning & heavy bag workout that will push all students to their limits- from novice to experienced practicioners to fighters.
  
Mixed Level Muay Thai
*Must have instructor approval to attend this class.
 Required gear for this clas includes heavy gloves (14 or 16 oz), mouth-guard, shin guards, thai pads. Students must also wear muay thai shorts and a sparta t-shirt.
This class has lots of Thai pad drills as well as Dutch drills. 
  
Advanced Level Muay Thai
*Must have instructor approval to participate in this class. 
Required gear includes mixed level gear as well as steel cup for men, knee pads, elbow pads and head gear. 
This class has lots of Dutch drills, technical sparring and freestyle sparring. 

Kids Muay Thai (Ages 5-13 years old)
Required gear includes gloves and shin guards. 
Students will learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai in a safe and fun environment with lots of bag drills, pad drills and technical partner drills. Kids will also participate in lots of physical conditioning in class. 


Boxing (Adult & Kids)

This class will teach new students the fundamentals including basic techniques and skills. It is an intense conditioning & heavy bag workout that will push all students to their limits- from novice to experienced practicioners to fighters.
  
Mixed Level 
*Must have instructor approval to attend this class.
Required gear for this class includes boxing  gloves(14 or 16 oz) & mouth-guard and boxing or wrestling shoes. This class has lots of focus mitt drills, technical drills as well as sparring.

 
Adult Fitness

The Adult Fitness program includes the Fitness & Fundamentals class in both Muay Thai and Boxing.
These classes provide a killer workout for those looking to get fit without learning the strategic components of the arts. 

Functional Yoga
Designed to support movement patterns for daily living as well as offset the overuse and repeated patterns of movement cause by our involvement in exercise/sport. 

HiitFit
Is a high intensity, total body workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, suspension trainers and whatever else our awesome instructors decide to utilize! You just never know what they'll come up with to push you to your limits!
